| Hookipa is the most famous of the three windsurfing beaches on the north shore of Maui. Kanaha (which can be reached by driving through the airport and making a right turn by the car rental agencies) and Sugar Beach in Spreckelsville (on the way to Paia) are the other two "best windsurfing" beaches. If you want to watch the masters; then check out Hookipa - but if you want to learn, Kanaha is perfect! |
